Leaseholder's Handbook

The Home Ownership Team has set up an email advisory group of homeowners. Members work with NCHA making suggestions about improving service delivery and are consulted on policies and procedures. It will not be necessary to attend any meetings: we welcome new "virtual" members to give us feedback by email, letter or telephone.
